Baling press wire is also known as loop wire, bar wire, straw wire or binding wire. They are used in semi-automatic baling press machines and are made of single, cut to length wires with a loop at the end that is put around the bales manually and then twisted.
Baling press wire is manufactured unoiled as standard but can be oiled on demand.
In industries where cleanness is of special importance, our soft-galvanized and mostly unoiled binding wires are used - e.g. in textile- or fibrous material-processing companies.
Our baling press wire is available in the following dimensions:
- 1.8 mm - 2.2 mm (in 0.20 mm steps)
- 2.5mm - 2.8mm
- 3.0mm - 3.4mm (in 0.10 mm steps)
- 3.6mm - 3.8mm
In addition to the make-ups mentioned above, we also manufacture binding wire on small rolls, made of annealed, coppered or galvanized steel wire (other materials on demand) in ø 1.2 up to 2.0 mm wire diameter. Binding wire rolls are available in bins of 20 kg, boxes of 25 kg or in bags of 25 or 40 kg. Minimum order volume is one pallet.
